  • No. While we do provide you with the vast majority of your primary care services, we cannot provide hospital, emergency, or specialty care. We highly recommend that you still carry insurance. We are not an insurance plan.

    A direct primary care membership pairs best with PPO insurance plans and Medicare and Medicare Advantage PPO plans because these plans can cover our referrals and orders.

  • Yes! While Medicare does not cover our monthly fee, Medicare and Medicare Advantage PPO plans can cover all our referrals/labs/imaging orders. Medicare Advantage HMO plans will not cover orders place by us.

  • Yes and no. Both offer direct access to your doctor and charge a flat monthly fee to cover healthcare services.

    DPC pricing is often more affordable, and we do not bill insurance. We are available after hours for urgent issues and for home visits on a case-by-case basis; however we conduct the vast majority of our care during business hours at our clinic or via telehealth.

    Alternatively, concierge fees tend to be significantly higher and they generally also bill insurance. This often allows all access to care at any time of the day or night, potentially also at your home.
